Thank you for visiting our website. Home Companion Solutions is a non-medical companion care company serving clients in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs in Cook County since 2012.

What makes us different? 
  • All client assessments are conducted and customized care plans created by a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Geriatrics. 
  • ​All clients and their families are given access to our online "Family Room" where you can send us messages, review the care logs that are completed by our caregivers, manage invoices and review your loved one's care plan.
  • Additional oversight for clients is available via our sister company, Elder Care Solutions. ECS provides RN care management, oversight and advocacy to clients who need additional guidance as they navigate the many changes and challenges associated with aging.
  • We are locally owned and operated and not restricted by franchise rules. This allows us to customize your care to meet your unique needs. Caregivers available for hourly  care or 24/7 live-in support.
  • Initial client assessments are always free!
