- All State required intial and annual trainings are provided
- $50.00 bonus for completing Initial Training after working your first 40 hours with our company

- COVID vaccination card (most clients request this now)
- Two professional references
- Completed I-9 Form with supporting documentation
- Federal and State W-4 forms
- Urine Drug Screen
- Pre-Employment Background Check Authorization Form
- Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
